The Directa Dental Luxator Periotome L2S is a periodontal ligament knife with a fine tapered 2mm straight blade, color-coded dark green for quick identification. It compresses the alveolar bone and cuts the periodontal ligament to gently ease teeth from their sockets with minimal tissue trauma, making it ideal for apical and interproximal access in narrow extraction sites. Each pack contains one reusable, autoclavable Swedish stainless steel instrument (reference 506352).
