The Directa Luxator 1L-K1 is a periodontal ligament knife set designed for atraumatic tooth extraction. Its fine tapering blades compress the alveolar bone, cut the periodontal membrane, and gently ease the tooth from its socket with minimal tissue damage. The set includes five Luxator periotomes (L3C, L3S, L5C, L5S, L10) and an autoclavable Fixus 1 case. Note: the Luxator instrument should not be used as an elevator.
