HyFlex CM NiTi rotary files are made of nickel-titanium and chromium, featuring controlled-memory technology that allows the file to follow the canal anatomy closely, reducing the risk of ledging, transportation, or perforation. They are extremely flexible and respond to excessive resistance by straightening the spirals, which avoids binding and increases fracture resistance. The files can be reshaped by heat treatment (autoclaving or glass bead sterilizer) to return to their original form.
