Integron Type 5 Integrating Indicator for Steam Sterilization, 250/Pk
Integron Type 5 Integrating Indicators are designed for monitoring steam sterilization processes. Each indicator consists of a paper wick and a steam and temperature sensitive chemical pellet within a paper/film/foil laminate; the pellet melts and migrates along the wick to provide an ACCEPT or REJECT result based on steam quality, time, and temperature. The indicators are calibrated to correlate with the kill time of 10^6 Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores at 121°C, 128°C, and 135°C saturated steam conditions.
