Its 0.33 mm tip cuts a smooth, minimally invasive groove in a single pass, and the 0.7 mm head diameter with 2.5 mm head length is ideal for narrower pits and fissures in adult molars. The bur is virtually pain-free, often eliminating the need for anesthesia, and is autoclavable up to 121°C/250°F.
