Prime-Dent Zinc Phosphate Cement is a self-cure, high-strength permanent luting cement supplied as a powder and liquid kit for cementation of cast metal crowns, metal-ceramic crowns, inlays, onlays, fixed partial dentures, and orthodontic bands. The zinc oxide powder and phosphoric acid liquid are spatulated on a cooled glass slab, allowing the clinician to control working consistency and film thickness by adjusting the powder-to-liquid ratio. Each kit includes a 32g powder bottle, a 17.5mL liquid bottle, a measuring scoop, and a mixing pad; the set cement offers approximately 131 MPa compressive strength, thermal insulating properties, and a light yellow shade.
