Remel OP Optochin Disks, 5 per Package, 1x50

Optochin (ethylhydrocupreine hydrochloride) disks are used for the presumptive identification of Streptococcus pneumoniae, which is sensitive to optochin, while other alpha-hemolytic streptococci are resistant. Each package contains 5 disks, and the product is supplied as 1 package of 50 disks. These disks are intended for in vitro diagnostic use in clinical microbiology laboratories.
