FlowStar Double Nasal Hoods are single-use, latex-free nitrous oxide/oxygen scavenging nasal hoods designed for pediatric patients. The soft inner hood seals to the face for accurate gas delivery and patient comfort, while the clear outer hood sits closer to the face to increase scavenging efficiency of exhaled gases and allow visual monitoring of breathing. The oval exhalation valve directs exhaled gases to built-in scavenger flow channels, and the low-profile design improves sight-line visibility of the oral cavity. They are universally compatible with Accutron, Porter, and Belmed double-tubing scavenger circuits, and each hood is individually wrapped in a 12-pack.
