The Directa CoForm Assortment Large Kit is a 128-piece restorative matrix system for anterior composite restorations, including Class IV fillings, incisal edge fractures, corner restorations, and core build-ups. Each pre-formed transparent celluloid matrix is anatomically shaped for mesial and distal corners and fits maxillary centrals, laterals, and canines as well as mandibular incisors. The translucent, non-stick material allows blue light (470-490 nm) to cure composite through the form and releases without distorting the restoration, saving chair time and producing a more anatomical finish.
