The CoForm matrix system is a unique set of pre-formed transparent celluloid plastic matrices designed for composite Class IV restorations, incisal edge fractures, corner restorations, core build-ups, and pontics in bonded bridges. The matrix is pressed onto the uncured composite to give the restoration the anatomy of a healthy tooth, then cured through the clear matrix. The nonstick material conforms to natural dentition and removes easily without dragging, and does not adhere to composite.
