The W&H Alegra HE-43 T MW is a low-speed straight air handpiece featuring a 1:1 speed ratio and twist tension chuck system compatible with 2.35 mm contra-angle burs and Midwest connections. This robust, ergonomically designed handpiece offers simple push-button bur changing, is thermo washer disinfectable and sterilizable per EN 13060, EN 285, and ANSI/AAMI ST55 standards, and accommodates couplers with a maximum dimension of 24.8 mm. External coolant supply accessories including spray clip, coolant hose, and nozzle cleaner are available separately.
