The W&H Alegra HE-43 T SD is a low-speed straight handpiece featuring a 1:1 speed ratio and twist tension chuck system compatible with 2.35 mm contra-angle burs and StarDental couplers (max dimension 24.8 mm). This robust, ergonomically designed handpiece offers simple push-button bur changing and is fully thermo-washer disinfectable and sterilizable per EN 13060, EN 285, and ANSI/AAMI ST55 standards. External coolant supply accessories including spray clip, coolant hose, and nozzle cleaner are available separately.
