IonoStar Plus is a fast-setting, radiopaque glass ionomer restorative material designed for a wide range of indications including non-occlusal bearing Class I cavities, semi-permanent restorations, cervical lesions, root caries, Class III cavities, deciduous teeth, base/liner, core build-up, temporary restorations, and extended fissure sealing. It offers a 2-minute set time, does not stick to instruments, and provides high translucency and tooth-like fluorescence for excellent aesthetics. The material releases high levels of fluoride to help minimize secondary caries and requires no dentin conditioner.
