IonoStar Plus is a fast-setting, radiopaque glass ionomer restorative supplied in ready-to-use direct-application capsules for efficient single-step cavity restorations. The material chemically adheres to enamel and dentin without separate etching, conditioning, or bonding, releases a high level of fluoride to help prevent secondary caries, and offers tooth-like fluorescence and high translucency for esthetic results. Indicated for non-occlusal-bearing Class I cavities, semi-permanent Class I and II restorations, cervical lesions and Class V cavities, root caries, Class III cavities, deciduous teeth, base/liner, core build-up, temporary restorations, and extended fissure sealing, with a set time of approximately 2 minutes.
