G-CEM is a self-adhesive, dual-cure resin luting cement supplied in premeasured capsules for cementing ceramic, zirconia, metal, and composite crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and posts. Its hydrophilic formulation contains water and functional monomers (4-MET and phosphoric ester) for self-adhesive bonding without separate tooth conditioning, and it offers high bond strength to zirconia and enamel with low linear expansion and color stability. Each translucent capsule contains approximately 500 mg of material and yields at least 0.17 mL of mixed cement; the refill pack contains 50 capsules. A compatible capsule mixer and applicator are required, and GC elongation tips (sold separately) are needed for post placement.
