This Extended Care plan is available for new O-So Pure equipment purchases within 60 days of the sale. It covers 100% of parts and labor, including cell replacement if chosen, and extends the original warranty by one additional year for a total of two full years. The plan also includes a no-charge intake pad replacement, a one-year supply of monthly intake pad changes, and internal cleaning for longer life. Customers are responsible for shipping their unit to OSO Pure, which will be retained for approximately one week for the tune-up.
