The specially treated ceramic abrasive grain embedded in thin, flexible bristles works faster and lasts longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs, and conventional sanders, while generating minimal dust and heat. Recommended operating speeds are 3,000-18,000 RPM (5,000 RPM for woodworking), and the discs are used with a snap-on mandrel (3/32" shank).
