This 18° angled abutment with a 5.0mm gingival height is compatible with Biomet 3i Certain implants and requires extended pivot inserts to maintain reliable retention through 5,000+ insertion cycles while correcting up to 76° of implant divergence. It attaches with a standard 1.25mm/0.050" hex driver.
