Midwest Carbide Bur RA Round #4 is a tungsten carbide round bur with a 1.4 mm head diameter and latch-type (RA) shank for use in standard slow-speed contra-angle handpieces. The larger #4 round geometry is suited for caries removal, cavity preparation and access openings, removal of old restorative materials, and endodontic pulp chamber access, covering more surface area per stroke than the smaller #2 round. Each clinic pack contains 100 individually packaged RA #4 carbide burs.
