The PDT Jack B. Nimble Scaler (R130) is a small, contra-angled dental scaler with a continuous curved blade, designed for pediatric and orthodontic use and for scaling crowded, rotated, or linguoverted teeth in the anterior and premolar regions. Its 440A surgical stainless steel tip is cryogenically treated to hold a sharp edge two to four times longer than conventional instruments, while the large 3/8" diameter resin handle (0.5 oz) and full-length knurling provide tactile sensitivity, rotational control, and reduced hand fatigue. The instrument is 6½" long, color-coded for easy identification, and sterilizable by all methods; made in the USA.
