The J. Morita Tri Auto ZX2+ is a cordless endodontic handpiece with a built-in apex locator that combines Morita's world-renowned apex location technology with advanced rotary and reciprocating file control. Its Optimum Glide Path 2 (OGP2) mode uses an innovative reciprocating drive to reduce file binding and dramatically lower the risk of file breakage, allowing patency, glide path, and shaping to be completed in a single mode, while Optimum Torque Reverse (OTR) automatically alternates rotation direction when resistance is detected to prevent jamming.
