The Impact Air 45 High Speed Surgical Handpiece features a unique 45° angled head that provides maximum access and visibility for periodontal and endodontic procedures, including apicoectomy, osteoplasty, odontoplasty, and root resection. A water or saline line inside the handle directs a pure water jet (not a mist) directly onto the cutting area, while air is exhausted through the back of the handpiece. This non-fiber optic model has a quick disconnect connection and is manufactured by Palisades Dental (model 408).
