MetriCide Plus 30 is a buffered, 3.4% glutaraldehyde high-level disinfectant and sterilant for heat-sensitive, immersible medical instruments and equipment. The activated solution is reused at full strength for up to 28 days, provided the glutaraldehyde concentration remains at or above the 1.8% minimum effective concentration as verified with MetriTest 1.8% test strips. It requires no dilution, contains surfactants for improved wetting, and achieves sterilization with a 10-hour soak at 25°C.
