Ivoclean Cleaning Paste is a universal restoration cleaning paste used for extraoral cleaning of pre-treated ceramic and metal restoration surfaces after contamination during intraoral try-in. It removes saliva-related contaminants, particularly proteins, before adhesive luting procedures, helping to re-establish a clean bonding surface. The paste works through an alkaline suspension containing zirconium oxide particles that preferentially bind phosphate-containing contaminants, and requires approximately 20 seconds of contact before rinsing. Each pack contains one 5 g bottle of ready-to-use paste, compatible with ceramics, alloys, and composites.
