Hemogin-L is a hemostatic gingival retraction solution consisting of 25% aluminum chloride in a lubricating glycerin base, supplied in a 10 cc bottle with an eye dropper top to eliminate cross-contamination and ensure accurate application. It can be applied directly to gingival tissue with cotton pellets or used to pre-saturate retraction cord. The formula contains no epinephrine HCl.
