DuoVisc is a sterile ophthalmic viscoelastic system from Alcon Surgical, containing two prefilled syringes: one with 0.35 mL of Viscoat (sodium hyaluronate 3.0%–chondroitin sulfate 4.0%) and one with 0.4 mL of Provisc (sodium hyaluronate 1.0%). It is designed for use during cataract and intraocular lens implantation surgery to maintain anterior chamber depth and protect corneal endothelial cells. Each kit provides the two syringes needed for the cohesive and dispersive viscoelastic steps of the procedure.
