This sterile petrolatum gauze dressing is designed to provide a non-adherent protective layer for wounds, burns, and abrasions. The fine mesh gauze is impregnated with petrolatum to help keep the wound bed moist and prevent the dressing from sticking to the healing tissue. It is not made with natural rubber latex, making it suitable for latex-sensitive patients.
