Consepsis is a 2.0% chlorhexidine gluconate solution free of emollients, designed for procedural endodontic disinfection, final rinse prior to canal obturation, and use before pulp capping. It is also indicated for cleaning and disinfecting preparations before cementation, luting, or direct restorative placement to minimize postoperative sensitivity. The syringe delivery system simplifies placement and does not compromise bond strength.
