3M Impregum Penta Soft Heavy Body is a polyether impression material refill kit for use with the Pentamix mixing system, delivering homogeneous, void-free mixing at the press of a button. Its intrinsic hydrophilicity provides accurate detail reproduction even in moist conditions, while the soft heavy-body consistency offers excellent flow and support for wash materials with easier removal from the mouth. The snap-set behavior is ultra-forgiving, producing precise-fitting restorations without distortion for crown and bridge, inlay/onlay, and functional impressions. Working time is approximately 2:30 minutes and setting time 6:00 minutes from start of mix.
