Ketac Universal Aplicap is a radiopaque, fluoride-releasing glass ionomer restorative that is self-adhesive and self-curing, eliminating the need for conditioning, coating, or light-curing steps. It can be placed in bulk without layering and is indicated for restricted stress-bearing Class I and II restorations, linings, core buildups, and other applications. The Aplicap capsule delivery system provides better access to deep cavities, and the material continuously releases fluoride for 24 months.
