Thioglycollate Medium with Dextrose is a general-purpose liquid culture medium supplied in 9 mL tubes for the cultivation and recovery of aerobic, anaerobic, and microaerophilic microorganisms in clinical microbiology laboratories. The dextrose enrichment supports growth of fastidious organisms, and the medium is suitable for sterility testing and routine culture work. Each package contains 20 ready-to-use tubes.
