The EZ-Fill Bi-Directional Spiral Refill Kit contains four 25 mm stainless steel spirals designed to thoroughly coat the walls of the root canal and lateral canals without forcing cement apically. The reverse spirals on the apical end rotate in an unwinding direction out of the canal, preventing binding and allowing a coronal path of exit for excess cement. Unlike thermoplastic techniques, there is no shrinkage upon cooling, and the spirals are compatible with all bonding agents and composites.
