Scandonest 3% is an anesthetic agent that contains 3% mepivacaine HCl without any vasoconstricting properties. The formulation achieves an onset of 30 seconds–€"2 minutes in the maxilla and lasts for 20 minutes and 1–€"4 minutes with effectivity of 40 minutes for procedures done in the mandible. Scandonest is latex- and methylparaben-free, making it is safe for patients with allergic reactions. Each box contains 50 x 1. 7 ml blister packs.
