These pegboard superbills are designed for one-write billing systems and are compatible with Safeguard pegboard setups. Each form is 5 inches high and consists of two parts: a 16 lb CB-NCR white top sheet and a 17 lb CF-NCR pink bottom sheet, with a carbon bar for automatic transfer of information. The package includes 500 forms, printed with black ink and featuring a logo area.
