Vanish 5% White Varnish is an optimized, clear varnish that provides extended release of fluoride, calcium, and phosphate for up to 24 hours. It is formulated to stay in contact with teeth longer, depositing strong acid-resistant mineral on tooth surfaces and dentin tubules to relieve hypersensitivity. The varnish delivers 22,600 ppm of fluoride, is virtually invisible on teeth, and leaves a temporary thin coating so patients know it's working. It is easy to apply, requiring only a 'toothbrush clean' surface, and can even be applied in the presence of plaque.
