The Handler Manufacturing 90D Polishing Unit is a heavy-duty dust collector and polishing station designed for laboratory or industrial use with 4-8 hours of daily polishing. It features a dual-vac suction system powered by a 1/2 HP, 1725 rpm, ball bearing, capacitor start motor, delivering 1000 CFM at low static pressure for quiet operation. The unit includes three 12" x 32" x 2" fiberglass filters that entrap 3-5 micron dust particles from wet pumicing, dry tripoli/rouge polishing, and metal grinding, and comes complete with two removable Ever-brite aluminum lighted hoods with shields and a shelf. It is shipped without a polishing motor and is not designed for dry plaster or stone trimming dust.
