Zolid DRS is a high-speed zirconia block system designed for use with the High-Speed Therm DRS sintering furnace, enabling ultra-fast fabrication of zirconia restorations in just 20 minutes. The blocks feature 16 coordinated Vita shades with integrated shade and translucency gradients for natural aesthetics, while maintaining high flexural strength (1,100 ± 150 MPa) and Vickers hardness (1,300 ± 200). Ideal for same-day crowns and three-pontic bridges, the material's fast sintering cycle has been shown in studies to have no relevant impact on optical or mechanical properties.
