A micro-thin PTFE coating bonded to regular stainless steel reduces bonding agent adhesion by 92% compared to uncoated bands, allowing easy removal without fracturing the restoration or tearing margins. Each band measures 0.0015 in thick with a 13.14 mm overall height and 63.5 mm length, and the #1 Universal size is compatible with all standard Tofflemire retainers.
