The kit includes one black silicone cassette seal measuring approximately 7-3/4" x 15-3/4" plus four pouches of liquid soap for lubrication. The OEM recommends lubricating the seal every 30 days and replacing it every 6 months or every 500 cycles, whichever comes first.
