The XDURA® Scalette DE Posterior #N135 is a double-ended hygiene instrument featuring a long-reach shank and thin curette blade with a pointed scaler design. It combines extremely fine carbide particles evenly distributed throughout the micro-structure to provide a blade that is consistently harder, sharper, and longer lasting than conventional scalers. The mirror image tips feature a 0.8 mm blade width set on 1 mm terminal shanks with a 12 mm reach, providing excellent adaptation to both supra and sub-gingival areas with superior interproximal access.
