The PDT Cruise 220 is a double-ended posterior sickle scaler featuring a contra-angled design with an extended terminal shank and longer blade for improved access to hard-to-reach areas. Its large 3/8" diameter resin handle is knurled for superior grip and rotational control, weighs only 0.5 oz, and is color-coded sunshine yellow for quick identification. The 440A surgical stainless steel tip is cryogenically treated to hold its edge two to four times longer than conventional instruments, and the instrument is sterilizable by all methods.
