The PDT Cruise Line Nebraska 128/33 is a double-ended anterior sickle scaler featuring a thin, long, straight NEB 128 sickle on one end and a Jacquette 33 on the other, designed for removing plaque and calculus from tighter interproximal spaces in the anterior region. It is built with a large 3/8" diameter solid resin handle with knurling extending to the shank for superior tactile sensitivity, rotational control, and reduced hand fatigue, while the cryogenically treated 440A surgical stainless steel tips hold their edges two to four times longer than conventional instruments. The instrument is 6.5" long, color-coded passionate purple, fully autoclavable, and made in the USA.
