Quala 5% Sodium Fluoride Varnish is a smooth, thin, unit-dose varnish designed to treat dental hypersensitivity, reduce post-operative sensitivity, and serve as a cavity varnish. It sets rapidly in the presence of saliva, remains on the tooth surface for up to 8 hours to optimize fluoride uptake, and contains xylitol to inhibit plaque formation. Each 0.5 ml unit dose is white with a caramel flavor, and the box contains 50 unit-dose packages.
