MatrixDerm EXT is a resorbable collagen membrane engineered from highly purified porcine dermis for guided tissue regeneration (GTR) and guided bone regeneration (GBR). It provides a biocompatible barrier that prevents epithelial migration while allowing slower-growing bone and periodontal cells to regenerate, with an extended in vivo resorption time of 9-12 months for prolonged barrier function. The 20mm x 30mm sheet offers ample coverage for large defects, features high mechanical strength and tear resistance, and can be placed wet or dry, eliminating the need for a second removal surgery.
