The Citagenix Neomem Resorbable Collagen Membrane is a cell-occlusive barrier derived from highly purified type I collagen fibers from bovine Achilles tendons. Its macromolecular pore size allows nutrient transfer while preventing epithelium down growth, and it offers optimized flexibility and rigidity for easy placement and trimming, wet or dry. The membrane can be fixated with sutures or tacks, has a suture pull-out strength of 290-350 g, and resorbs in 26-38 weeks, making it ideal for guided tissue regeneration (GTR) and guided bone regeneration (GBR).
