Miltex surgical tungsten carbide burs are brazed lower in the neck of the instrument to provide maximum strength and reduce the risk of breakage. The #702 is a flat end tapered fissure crosscut bur in surgical length with a friction grip (FG) shank, crafted from tough tungsten carbide with sharper cutting angles. Each pack contains 10 burs in individual blister packs for easy identification.
