Knit-Pak is a non-impregnated, 100% cotton knitted retraction cord designed for tissue displacement and hemostasis prior to taking impressions. Its unique interlocking chain structure carries greater quantities of hemostatic solution than twisted or braided cords, and it compacts under pressure for easy packing into the sulcus. The cord resists fraying and popping out, and cuts cleanly if contacted by a bur, with a special cap featuring a stainless-steel blade to prevent cross-contamination.
