Knit-Pak+ is an impregnated knitted gingival retraction cord made of special microfibers that offer maximum absorbency, resistance, and retention. It contains aluminum chloride hexahydrate (AlCl3·6H2O) for hemostasis, is lint and particle free, and has low moisture content. The cord packs easily into the sulcus, cuts clean without entangling in burs, and comes in a container with a stainless-steel-bladed cap that cuts the cord and prevents cross-contamination.
