GC Initial MC is a metal ceramic specifically formulated for all conventional alloy types with a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) range of 13.8 to 14.9 x10-6K-1 (25-500°C), compatible with silver-containing, reduced gold content, and palladium-based alloys, as well as veneering NPA and galvano crowns. This feldspathic ceramic features a firing temperature below 900°C with specifically matched thermal expansion coefficients, excellent physical and optical properties, and extremely low shrinkage characteristics. The product is suitable for sintering technology and provides harmonized shades for superior color matching and natural life-like aesthetics.
