Kerr Quantec Axxess LX is a NiTi rotary endodontic file designed to work in sequence down the canal, strategically removing dentin along only a portion of the file. The larger tapers work toward the orifice while smaller tapers work toward the apex, allowing files to be passively carried down the canal in succession. This creates a smoothly tapered canal from apex to orifice that is easily obturated, with a noncutting tip for enhanced safety and control.
